The Full-Service Partnership Therapist provides field-based clinical services to adult clients and functions as a member of an assigned Full-Service Partnership team. Full-Service Partnership Therapists are expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant practitioner in the successful integration of treatment for their adult clients. This is a full-time position, on call 24/7. This position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.

Salary Range -

BBS Therapist: $75,001 - $95,000

Licensed Therapist :$90,001 - $105,000

DUTIES:

  • ACCEPTANCE OF CASES:
    Has a willingness to accept a variety of cases, conducts Client Outreach and engagement with other Intensive Services Team members in the effort to enroll all eligible participants referred for Intensive services.
  • ASSESSMENTS:
    Independently performs intake assessments and formulates diagnoses and case conceptualization using a culturally competent approach.
  • OUTCOMES:
    Regularly identify and complete data outcome elements in a timely manner.
  • STRENGTH BASED:
    Is capable of accurately identifying and building on the strengths of clients to better reach their potential.
  • THERAPY:
    Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence base psychotherapy interventions, and case management as needed.
  • REFERRALS:
    Demonstrates a sound knowledge of resources and ability to make appropriate referrals.
  • CLINICAL THEORY:
    Demonstrates a good understanding and use of clinical theory, interventions, and treatment concepts.
  • RESPECT:
    Demonstrates respect for the intrinsic value of each person, their individual differences and culture.
  • TRAVEL:
    Travels independently to various environments and transports client as needed (buildings with stairs, various communities, schools, etc.).
  • COLLABORATION:

    Regularly collaborates with Masada Staff, clients, caregivers and supports, and other members of the clinical team.
  • ETHICS:
    Is able to set and follow appropriate boundaries and uphold legal and ethical standards as they pertain to mental health services, maintaining professional partnerships.
  • PROBLEM SOLVING:
    Is able to solve problems independently with minimal supervisory direction.
  • SKILLS:

    Demonstrates sound written and oral skills.
  • DOCUMENTATION:
    Submits thorough documentation including initial assessment, progress notes and notations demonstrating frequent collaborations with treatment team members.
  • PRODUCTIVITY:
    Completes timely documentation of all contacts with clients and maintains productivity standards set forth by the agency Tier System and internal policies.
  • FIELD STANDARDS:
    Able to meet and maintain field percentage standards set forth by the contract for services and internal policies.
  • CRISIS:
    Ensures the safety of clients by providing direct crisis intervention and therapeutic guidance and participates in the 24-hour/day, 7-day/week on-call crisis response system; communicates critical issues to supervisor and team in a timely fashion.
  • MEETINGS:
    Is prompt and participates in meetings, group supervision, case presentations, and in-service training and conferences as required and scheduled.
  • CONFIDENTIALITY:
    Maintains strict confidentiality over all records and information related to clients.
  • OTHER:
    Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Valid California license as a LCSW, MFT, PhD, or PsyD; or master’s degree and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate MSW or MFT Intern, LPCC or APCC with 6 semester units or 9 quarter units focused specifically on the theory and application of marriage and family therapy in each license renewal cycle.
  • Work experience in a comparable mental health setting.
  • Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and a good driving record.
