- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (
Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days) - Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire if necessary)
- Current TB skin test within Championships last 12 months
- 6 months of nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
