Warehouse Worker - 2nd Shift Norton, MA

Title: Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator

Starting Pay: $23/hr. plus $1/hr shift differential (based on experience and qualifications).

Location: Norton, MA – frozen warehouse facility.

Schedule: Second‑shift hours:
Monday‑Friday (Mon 5:00 am‑5:00 pm, Tue‑Fri 5:00 pm‑3:30 am) or Tuesday‑Saturday (5:00 pm‑5:00 am).

• Inspect and verify products prior to picking and loading to ensure accurate fulfillment of sales orders.
• Inspect incoming transfers of finished goods to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Inspect inbound dry materials and trucks to meet SQF requirements, including allergen segregation.
• Prepare, secure, and stage completed orders for efficient loading and on‑time delivery, using a mobile device.
• Move materials to support consolidation initiatives and maximize space utilization.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and promptly report any issues related to damage or truck arrival to a supervisor.
• Collaborate with teammates, communicating effectively and cooperating professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse areas to meet food safety requirements.
• Assist peers with troubleshooting shipping/receiving functions.
• Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Consistently meet deadlines and performance targets, even under pressure.
• Work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and self‑motivation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience in shipping/receiving in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Licensed to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (preferred).
• Familiarity with warehouse documentation and processing requirements.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Inventory Management Systems (preferred).

• Lift up to 50 pounds without difficulty.
• Work in moderate noise environments.
