A family-owned nursery in Norton, MA, is seeking an associate to operate a skid-steer for daily tasks including loading and unloading plant material and maintaining the irrigation system. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a nursery setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Benefits include health care, and vacation after one year.

This is an energetic role suitable for someone who can lift up to 50 lbs and works well in various weather conditions.
