Typical Shifts are:
Working 2 shifts a week from 07:00 – 19:30, including alternate weekends.

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our nursing service in Norton Fitzwarren. Set in large grounds with its own fruit trees and walled garden, it has a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

• Help people to gain more independence in their daily lives
• Assist the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service
• Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues
• Support with supervision, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support can manage their finances

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behavioural distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism and people who have experienced trauma.

We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Seniors should ideally have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour’s of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism and people who have experienced trauma.
