The Driver plays a critical role in keeping AGS operations moving, literally. This position is responsible for daily local deliveries and milk runs between AGS facilities, while also supporting warehouse operations during non‑driving time. Success in this role requires a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and ownership over safety, accuracy, and timeliness. This is a hands‑on, dependable role for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, every time.

• Perform daily milk runs between AGS locations, ensuring materials and product are transported safely and on schedule.
• Load, secure, and unload materials properly to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate delivery and transfer documentation.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all company, and safety requirements while operating company vehicles.

• Assist with picking, packing, receiving, and staging orders during non‑driving time.
• Support inventory activities including cycle counts, material movement, and organization.
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Take full ownership of assigned route(s), schedules, and tasks.
• Consistently meet expectations for attendance, punctuality, and follow‑through.
• Accurately complete paperwork, logs, and system transactions.
• Communicate proactively when issues arise and help identify solutions.
• Treat company vehicles, equipment, and inventory as if they were your own.
