Serve as the day-to-day lead for Picker-Packer, setting expectations for pace, accuracy, and teamwork - Team Leadership & Accountability:

Support onboarding and training of new Picker-Packers to fill proficiency - Picking & Packing Operations:
Oversee daily picking and packing activities to ensure orders are accurate, complete, and shipped on time - Picking & Packing Operations:
Monitor workflow and help balance labor to meet volume demands - Picking & Packing Operations:
Assist with complex orders, problem shipments, and priority fulfilment needs - Picking & Packing Operations:
Ensure proper use of systems and inventory processes - Picking & Packing Operations:
Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies or recurring issues - Quality, Accuracy & Continuous Improvement:

- Orders are picked and packed accurately, efficiently, and on time
- The Picker-Packer team knows expectations and feels supported, but also accountable
- Errors and rework are minimized through strong processes and attention to detail
- New team members are trained well and ramp up quickly
- The work area is organized, safe, and audit ready
- Communication between leads is proactive, respectful, and solution-focused
