Salary Range: $111,000 - $160,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
- Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects to enhance production efficiency and quality.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality regulations, and engineering best practices.

- Develop and implement long-term engineering strategies to support manufacturing goals.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial automation) and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex engineering projects from conception through implementation.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IIoT, AI/ML, advanced automation) in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency with major ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
