Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The OpportunityWe partner with manufacturers across Norton Shores seeking Manufacturing Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Design, procure, and validate manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with design engineering on new product introduction (NPI) to ensure manufacturability.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Identify and implement cost reduction strategies in manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in process improvement, optimization, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
- Experience with automation, robotics, and PLC systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Root Cause Analysis.
- Ability to design, implement, and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Experience integrating advanced automation or robotics solutions
- Proficiency with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, Flex Sim)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
