Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Analyze tooling performance, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure tooling meets product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
- Manage the procurement, maintenance, and inventory of tooling components.
- Implement and integrate new tooling technologies and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel on tooling setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct cost analysis and develop budgets for tooling projects and upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in tooling design, fabrication, or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, Mastercam) for tool design and simulation.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, materials science, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize tooling performance and lifespan.
- Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, mold flow analysis).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAM software and understanding of CNC machining processes.
- Hands-on experience with tool build, maintenance, or repair.
- Project management experience in tooling development or capital equipment projects.
