Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

• Develop innovative product designs and engineering solutions for manufacturing.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings for production.
• Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to optimize performance and cost.
• Conduct design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) analyses.
• Support the prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs and product iterations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, specifications, and test reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, Creo, CATIA).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, additive manufacturing).
• Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Knowledge of material properties and selection for various industrial applications.

• Advanced proficiency in FEA/CFD software beyond basic analysis.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for design automation or data analysis.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, welding, 3D printing) in a production environment.
