Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative product designs and engineering solutions for manufacturing.
- Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings for production.
- Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to optimize performance and cost.
- Conduct design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) analyses.
- Support the prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs and product iterations.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, specifications, and test reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, Creo, CATIA).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, additive manufacturing).
- Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge of material properties and selection for various industrial applications.
- Advanced proficiency in FEA/CFD software beyond basic analysis.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for design automation or data analysis.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience with manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, welding, 3D printing) in a production environment.
