Job Title:
Learning and Development Manager (Permanent)

Hours: 37 hours per week (flexible to meet business needs)

Salary: £53,000 per annum (full‑time equivalent based on 37 hours)

Location:
Gadbrook Park, Northwich

Flexibility:
Work from office, home or other locations as required.

What Will You Do?

You will lead the design and delivery of a strategic learning framework that builds capability, drives performance and supports organisational goals. Your responsibilities include modernising training, managing budgets, championing continuous development, and leading L&D initiatives such as succession planning, induction, apprenticeships and talent development.

Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant learning and development qualification or strong evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
  • Experience designing and delivering a range of development interventions.
  • Experience leading an L&D function within a small‑to‑medium organisation or holding a management position in a larger organisation.
  • Experience working with business leaders to diagnose needs and propose effective interventions.
  • Experience contributing to change, talent, succession and engagement projects.
  • Sound working knowledge of learning theory and best practice approaches.
  • Experience using and implementing learning management systems.
  • DBS check (current) required.
