Groundworker

Location: Hartford

Pay: £18.50 per hour

Job description:

We are currently recruiting two experienced Ground workers for an immediate start in Delamere. This is a three-month contract working for a subcontractor on a major new build housing development, delivered on behalf of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the UK.

The Role:

You will be working as part of an established groundworks team on a large-scale residential scheme. Duties will include:
 
* All aspects of groundworks on new build housing
 
* Drainage (foul & storm) installation
 
* Foundations, footings, and concrete works
 
* Kerbing and edging
 
* General site duties as required
Requirements:
 
* Proven experience in groundworks, particularly on new build housing projects
 
* Strong drainage experience is essential
 
* Valid CSCS card (required)
 
* NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (preferred)
 
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
* Own PPE
