Position Overview:LPN Charge Nurse –
Evening Shift
As an Evening Shift LPN Charge Nurse , you will provide direct nursing care while serving as a clinical leader during evening hours. You’ll support residents’ comfort and safety, guide CNAs, and collaborate with on-call providers to ensure continuity of care throughout the evening.

Key Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditionAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as neededProvide calm reassurance and emotional support overnightSupervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care deliveryMaintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulationsEnsure a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environmentFollow infection control and safety protocols🏥
Qualifications:Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenseStrong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound careAbility to work independently while supporting a teamExcellent communication and leadership skillsCompassionate, resident-first approach to careBLS/CPR certification required🎁 Benefits:
