Your Role as an LPN Charge Nurse:
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents according to care plans
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and efficiency
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the clinical team
Supervise and support CNAs and care staff during the shift
Maintain resident documentation and uphold clinical policies

Qualifications:

Current and active   LPN License
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care
