Are you a dedicated and compassionate RN ready to lead and make a difference in long-term care and rehabilitation? We are seeking a highly motivated RN to join our dynamic team and support our mission of providing exceptional care to residents and their families.

• Schedule:
  
  3p-11p, 7 on 7 off, Full-Time

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality care for residents.
• Support and guide nursing staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive environment focused on resident well-being and satisfaction.

• Active RN license.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents.
