• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with the team and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepare meat products according to established standards.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Ensure operational excellence, maintain work area according to company policies, and secure high-shrink merchandise; eliminate waste and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience and modeling high-quality service and products.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
