• 2-5 years of experience preferably in an industrial bakery or food production setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude, especially in troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Skills in plumbing and pneumatic systems, electrical diagnostics, and welding (MIG, TIG, Stick are a plus)

• Minimize downtime through efficient maintenance, ensuring production runs without interruption
• Undertake precise equipment repair tasks and maintain a systematic, proactive approach to the equipment’s reliability
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure understanding and minimize errors
