Description
Performs assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations. Leverages process knowledge and best judgment to complete next task without direct supervision. Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g. purchase order (PO) receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor (RMS) activities). Ensures complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging. Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity.
Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process. Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging. Performs destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all documented procedures and runbooks. Harvest critical server components including NICCs, motherboards, DIMMs, and CPUs, ensuring proper tray placement and accurate documentation in Dynamics 365. Execute DBD (Data Bearing Device) shredding in alignment with security standards, ensuring all devices were physically and logically destroyed.
Support ARA (Asset Receiving Area) operations by receiving racks, scanning assets, and preparing hardware for DBD removal, ITAD processing, harvesting, or parts testing. Prepare and pre‑pack assets for ITAD by scanning individual components on racks and pallets in Dynamics 365 to maintain full traceability. Document and process outbound shipments, verifying correct racks, pallets, carriers, and seals while maintaining strict safety practices during equipment movement.
Manage and track consumable inventory, maintaining accurate counts and availability of required materials. Collaborated with cross‑functional teams to support logistics, distribution handling, and rack‑level operations while maintaining data center cleanliness and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications
- basic understanding of computer applications and software – previous data center experience – technology certifications is a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $31.00/hr.
