Billing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner in accordance.
• Email daily invoices while ensuring all necessary backup documentation is indexed correctly.
• Validate supporting documents related to billing, such as Purchase Orders (POs), Bills of Lading (BOLs), scale tickets, and freight paperwork.
• Manage rejected invoices from customers and address discrepancies via email.
• Maintain accurate and organized billing records to support accounting and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues efficiently.
• Help with Driver settlements.

• Minimum of 1 years of Transportation billing experience

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a positive and motivated attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
• Transportation experience is a plus.
• Adaptability to changing processes and priorities.
