Position Summary

The Ford Mobile Service Pick-Up & Delivery Driver supports Ford Mobile Service by safely transporting customer vehicles and assisting with daily mobile service logistics. This is a customer-facing role that requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently while representing the Ford brand.

Compensation: $19-$21/hour

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for Ford Mobile Service and dealership service
• Perform vehicle walk-around inspections and document condition at pick-up and delivery
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding arrival times and service status
• Support mobile service routes with basic coordination and logistics
• Operate vehicles safely and follow all dealership and traffic regulations
• Maintain accurate records (mileage, inspections, signatures)
• Keep customer vehicles clean and presentable
• Report damage, concerns, or issues immediately to management

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and MVR checks
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Ability to drive automatic (manual preferred)
• Mobile service or dealership experience a plus

• Extended driving and frequent vehicle entry/exit
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
