• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends

• Experience in leading and inspiring teams through coaching and mentoring
• Familiarity with retail technology and operations
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
