Position Summary
Responsible for autoclaving and washing glassware used by laboratories. The main job duties include documenting deli fridges and freezers items into our inventory software, stocking supplies and assisting with the upcoming lab move. Other duties as assigned.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Collects glassware from the laboratories, washes all glassware and/or plasticware in the washer. Some containers, spatulas and other small items have to be washed by hand.
- Returns clean glassware to the laboratories.
- Picks up and delivers Department mail from post office and distributes to employee’s mailboxes.
- Autoclaves bottles, cylinders, pipettes tips, etc.

Required QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
