Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Bathroom Remodelling Installer with Extensive Plumbing Experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in plumbing and skilled in installing various shower wall systems and drywall repairs. You'll be responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems as well as performing a range of remodelling tasks to complete projects with a professional finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
- Diagnose plumbing issues and make effective repairs, including leaks or fixture replacements
- Build and repair walls, install or patch drywall, and perform high-quality paint finishes as needed for remodeling projects
- Install shower wall systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for plumbing and remodeling jobs
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and meet safety standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Proven experience as a bathroom remodeling installer with a solid understanding of residential plumbing systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in carpentry, drywall, and remodeling.
- Proficiency in plumbing and carpentry tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and the ability to work in tight or awkward spaces.
- Valid plumbing license or current apprenticeship status (apprenticeship sponsorship available).
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Strong plumbing knowledge and hands-on installation skills.
- Carpentry, drywall, and remodeling proficiency.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Physical stamina for on-site work in tight spaces.
