What You’ll Do

• Build and grow recurring commercial cleaning accounts across your assigned territory

• Prospect actively — cold calling, networking, door-to-door visits, and following warm leads

• Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess client needs and customize cleaning solutions

• Create tailored proposals and present them to decision-makers

• Partner closely with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction

• Manage your pipeline like a pro — follow up consistently and take full ownership of your results

What You’ll Bring

• Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills

• Confidence presenting to business owners and facilities managers

• Ability to manage a territory and stay organized

• Experience in B2B, field sales, or service-based sales (commercial cleaning experience is a bonus)

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

What You’ll Get

• $50,000–$55,000 base salary + uncapped commissions and performance incentives

• Local travel only (no overnights — be home every night)
