Northbrook 27 serves a portion of the village of Northbrook and is comprised of three buildings:
Hickory Point (K-2), Shabonee (3-5), and Wood Oaks (6-8). District 27 is a high‑performing school district serving approximately 1,300 students and employing approximately 200 staff members. We are seeking two professional candidates to support two different students with significant medical needs in a one‑to‑one capacity. One position will work out of Shabonee School and the other out of Wood Oaks Junior High.

Provide individualized health care support to assigned students with significant medical needs in a one‑to‑one setting. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and health‑care providers; administer medications and treatments as required; maintain accurate health records; respond to emergencies.

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Previous experience working in a one‑to‑one capacity in a school setting.
• Reliable, friendly, and student‑centered attitude.

• Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and licensure.
• Choice of several health care programs on a cost‑shared structure with the BOE.
• 11 sick days and 2 personal days as part of the generous benefit package.
