• Licensed in Illinois with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP‑BC) and holding an active DEA.
• Full‑Practice Authority License for Illinois is highly preferred but not required.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
