- Up to $35.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Independently set up HAAS 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines, including rotary tables (A-axis), fixtures, tooling, and offsets;
Load, verify, and edit CNC programs involving indexed and continuous 4-axis motion;
Establish and verify work offsets (G54G59), rotary offsets, and tool length offsets for multi-axis machining;
Perform first-article inspections on multi-face parts and make real-time program and offset adjustments;
Troubleshoot complex 4-axis issues, including angular misalignment, rotary zero return errors, positional repeatability issues, tool clearance and collision risks
