What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify key areas for training and development across the organization
  • Partner with senior leadership to define the direction and focus of training initiatives
  • Develop and implement training programs that yield a quantifiable return on investment
  • Oversee and track training processes and programs to ensure effectiveness
  • Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Training, Leadership Development, or Operations
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • Certification in Continuous Improvement (Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced skills in Microsoft Power Point
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree in workforce talent and development, Engineering, Business Management, or Organizational Development
  • Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations within the employer
  • Minimum of 5 years leading enterprise-wide training or talent development functions within Supply Chain
