- Partner with senior leadership to define the direction and focus of training initiatives

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Training, Leadership Development, or Operations
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Certification in Continuous Improvement (Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced skills in Microsoft Power Point
- Master’s degree in workforce talent and development, Engineering, Business Management, or Organizational Development
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence
- At least 3 years of experience in operations within the employer
- Minimum of 5 years leading enterprise-wide training or talent development functions within Supply Chain
