• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management including project planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Negotiating contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Directing and supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
• Implementing effective cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Resolving contract disputes and design problems that may arise during the construction process.
• Leading and managing project teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Preparing and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in project management and construction management.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and MS Office Suite.
