THG is seeking a full-time Grants Manager to lead grants management processes for the philanthropic programs of its family office and the family foundation. The Grants Manager's primary responsibility is comprehensive project management, pre- through post-award, for a high volume of grants and inquiries.

Strong candidates will bring:
