Estate Planning Paralegal: A 12-attorney law firm located in Northbrook is growing and looking to add an estate planning paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in trusts and estates.
Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate planning, administration, and probate.
- Prepare probate court filings.
- Manage and organize client files and records.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
- Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trust and Estates Paralegal; administration/probate experience required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
