Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst III works within and across IT and business segments to deliver complex reporting and design smaller data sets for build. You will be successful at gathering business requirements and delivering effective solutions to our business partners that have an impact on their strategy. You are a self-directed analyst who delivers analytic solutions with minimal management oversight. You may lead some smaller projects or lead smaller steps on a larger project.
You can work proficiently in at least two tools. CF's data governance practice will guide you for appropriate data handling procedures.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive SAP Analysis for Office and/or Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations that meet business requirements.
Build simple data sets and data flows using Azure or SAP eHana
Optimize existing dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
Manage data sources, connections, and extracts to ensure reliable and timely data refreshes
Translate analytical findings into clear, concise recommendations for business stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to refine and define KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals.
Participate and learn about developing data and analytics solutions through the systems life cycle including requirements, testing, configuration and implementation.
Build to business requirements for your functional area.
Follow along with CF's data governance policies for good data management practices
Assist in ensuring that all deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management methodology; contribute to the communication of status
Execute unit testing to keep systems current & reliable
Education: Bachelor's degree (Information Technology/Computer Science) or its equivalent in a related field is preferred.
Years of experience: 3-5 years of related professional work experience preferred job functions
The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $84,.
The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a potential of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer's contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
