We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our dynamic, growing team! As an IAM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management solutions, with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and application onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM principles, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to enhance our overall cybersecurity posture.
This position will report to the Global Cybersecurity IAM Director.
- IAM Solution Design and Implementation:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, role‑based access control (RBAC), privileged access management (PAM) and single sign‑on (SSO), with a strong focus on leveraging Saviynt’s capabilities. - Manage end‑to‑end IGA projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations. Experience with Saviynt is strongly preferred.
- Configure and manage authentication mechanisms, such as multi‑factor authentication (MFA), single sign‑on (SSO), and adaptive authentication.
- Define and enforce authorization policies based on the principle of least privilege.
- Integration and
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other security and IT systems. - Work closely with application developers and teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM controls within applications.
- Oversee the onboarding of applications onto the IAM platform, ensuring seamless integration with Saviynt and adherence to security policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements, with a view to optimizing IAM functionality.
- Governance and Innovation:
Develop and maintain access control policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Provide guidance and mentorship to the IAM team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Security Compliance and Auditing:
Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. - Provide documentation and reports for internal and external audits related to IAM controls.
- Incident Response and Troubleshooting:
Work closely with the cybersecurity team to identify and mitigate potential security risks associated with identity and access management. - Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of IAM‑related issues, providing expert‑level support as needed, with a deep understanding of IAM architecture.
- Emerging Technology Evaluation:
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM. - Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance IAM capabilities.
- Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies and trends, including updates and enhancements to Saviynt, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
