Growth marketer, Digital Marketing

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketer to own and accelerate customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and experimentation, with a strong focus on testing, optimization, and scalable growth strategies across digital channels.

• Develop and execute growth strategies across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, and other performance platforms
• Drive organic growth through SEO, CRO, email marketing, and lifecycle campaigns
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
• Analyze performance metrics, dashboards, and cohorts to identify insights and growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align growth initiatives with business goals
• Manage marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and customer journeys
• Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key growth KPIs and present insights to stakeholders
