This role contributes to the installation, configuration, and deployment of our network, compute, and/or storage capabilities. You will participate in business audits, evaluations of new technologies, and follow standard operating procedures for building and deploying infrastructure. Your role is critical to maintaining and improving our core infrastructure services.

• Contribute to the installation, configuration, and deployment of network, compute, and/or storage capabilities
• Participate in agile ceremonies to contribute to effective sprint planning, transparent communication, and the successful delivery of sprint goals
• Participate in business audits and the evaluation of new technologies under guidance
• Work closely with product managers and other cross-functional team members to deeply understand user stories and deliver valuable solutions in alignment with sprint goals
• Follow and help refine standard operating procedures for building and deploying infrastructure
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools through active participation in team retrospectives and feedback loops
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Implement scripting and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other IT teams and business units on infrastructure projects
• Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations by contributing to a well-maintained and easily understandable knowledge base
• Stay current with relevant technologies and industry trends

• Proficiency in system, network, and/or database administration
• Experience with server, storage, network, and/or database technologies
• Solid scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Power Shell, Ansible)
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills with a collaborative approach to finding solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional team members
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and contribute actively as a valued member of a self-organizing team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2+ years of experience in systems engineering or a similar infrastructure role
