Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Northbrook, IL. The BCBA will oversee behavior analysis programs, develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans, and provide support for behavior management. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, developing data-driven behavior intervention plans, and providing education and training to caregivers, families, and staff.
Qualifications- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Proficiency in Behavior Management
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Level 2 behaviorist.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred
