Receptionist - 2 yr experience Medical Wellness Clinic, Healthcare, Nutrition, Spa, Fitness, Lifestyle, Yoga Northbrook
Heal n Cure medical wellness center is located in Northbrook and has been serving the North Shore for the past 15 years. We are an outstanding medical center that utilizes functional and integrative medicine, and technologies including hormones and platelet rich plasma (PRP) to transform our patients' lives.
Office Tour:
We work to educate and empower people to take control of their health – incorporating the care of the whole person through neurology, endocrinology, immunology, nutrition and exercise.
We are on a mission to reach out to our community and beyond and teach them that there is a way to get to the root cause of their health issues, instead of treating symptoms. We are looking for a team member who is dedicated to carry out this mission with us!

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. 2 evenings a month up to 8PM.
Qualifications and Requirements- Experience in a front desk/reception role within a Medical Wellness Clinic, Healthcare, Nutrition, Spa, Fitness, Lifestyle or Yoga setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Social Media, Email, and Electronic Medical Records
- Ability to work in a team environment and support clinic operations
