We are currently seeking a compassionate and flexible Registered Nurse to join our team as part of the opening of a new clinic location
. This role supports our Obstetrics and Gynecology and women’s health services. The Registered Nurse will provide hands‑on clinical support and assist with light administrative and front desk tasks when needed.
This position is ideal for a nurse who values patient‑centered care, teamwork, and a balanced schedule without nights or Sundays.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Support- Assist the physician during examinations and procedures
- Perform blood draws and prepare laboratory specimens
- Take, record, and monitor patient vital signs
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
- Maintain clean and sterile examination and procedure rooms
- Clean, sterilize, and prepare scopes and medical instruments
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Coordinate and maintain the physician’s schedule
- Order and manage medical supplies
- Assist the front desk as needed (patient check‑in, scheduling, phone support)
- Support basic billing and coding tasks when required
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2–3 years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in OB‑GYN or women’s health strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical billing and coding is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of intelligence, empathy, and patient‑service orientation
- $48 per hour during 3‑month probation period
- $40 per hour after probation
- Full‑time, flexible scheduling

Pay: $83,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
