Nurse House Supervisor - Evenings

As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands‑on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.

• Ensure efficient and effective unit operations including sufficient supplies and adjust staffing as necessary
• Direct supervisor of nursing team performance of duties
• Responsible for completing monthly audits and checklists
• Assure unit compliance with policies and procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements including reviewing and following up on incident reports
• Serve as a resource and primary point of contact regarding clinical questions, policies, and procedures
• Assist teammates with patient care responsibilities including milieu 易购 crisis management
• Provide direct patent care as necessary
• Ensure teammate compliance with competencies, training, and education in conjunction with nurse educator

• State Licensure as an RN
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.N.) from four‑year college or university (Preferred)
• 1+ years of Nursing experience (Required)
• Supervisory experience (Preferred)

Compensation for the Nurse House Supervisor position is $40.50 to $48.00 based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
