• Create individualized, goal‑focused treatment plans
• Implement inventive OT interventions that meet each resident’s needs
• Provide guidance and oversight to Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Collaborate closely with a compassionate interdisciplinary team
• Maintain productivity expectations and documentation accuracy
• Become a trusted, consistent clinical presence within a warm senior‑living community

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Illinois OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to support a part‑time schedule, including some flexibility
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehab is helpful — but not required
• A heart for older adults and a desire to make a lasting impact
