Registered Nurse-Hospice

Overview

HIRING! RN in the hospice industry in Wheeling and Northbrook, Illinois. We have several territories available. This is a perm FT position working for a reputable and established Hospice company that has been in business for over 15 years. They are known nationally with locations in 12 states. We are in need of an experienced RN to work in the field and care for end-of-life patients in their homes.

You must have hospice nursing experience including case management, assessments & evaluations, developing care plans, wound care, wound vacs, IVs, PICC lines, critical illness nursing care, G-tubes, Ostomy care, and skilled nursing duties.

Provide field hospice nursing care to end-of-life patients in their homes, leveraging hospice-specific skills in assessment, care planning, wound care, IV therapy, PICC lines, G-tubes, ostomy care, and related skilled nursing duties.
