As a Milieu Coordinator at ERC Pathlight, you will be part of a team that delivers hands‑on treatment, group therapy sessions, and support to patients in our various centers. Your role will involve facilitating therapeutic groups and providing milieu support, de‑escalation, and behavior coaching across IP/Res and PHP programs.

• Facilitates curriculum‑based therapeutic groups
• Cross‑train across the levels of care within your program
• Milieu Management
  • De‑escalation and crisis management
  • Bathroom monitoring/flush checks
  • Behavior coaching
  • Conducts self‑harm and suicide safety checks
  • Supports morning routine in IP/Res programs
  • Collect weights, vitals, and urine in some settings
• Documentation of groups, meals, patient check‑ins, and observations

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6 months of behavioral health experience required
• Understanding of de‑escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training
• Knowledge and application of Trauma‑Informed Care
• Masters degree preferred in Mental Health or related field (eligible for waiver of 18+ months experience)
• Clinical associate/intern license strongly preferred
• 1 year+ experience in group curriculum, facilitation, and therapeutic milieu skills preferred
• Demonstrates knowledge of behavioral and psychological expressions of stress reactions (e.g., avoidance, aggression, hyperarousal, intrusive memories)

Starting range: $20.75 to $29.00 per hour. Ranges are based on market expectations and vary with candidate experience.
