Overview

Compass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health treatment, delivering patient-centered care in the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient space (PHP/IOP). Based in Chicagoland, we serve hundreds of patients daily, ages 5 through adulthood, through onsite facilities and virtual programming. Compass fills a critical gap between outpatient therapy and inpatient care through an intermediate level of behavioral healthcare.

Illinois, Maryland, Wisconsin, and Minnesota locations welcome trailblazers in behavioral health care to continue leading the way as we expand to new sites, including a location in Silver Spring, MD and upcoming locations in WI and MN.

Founded by two Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists and remains physician-led.

Treating hundreds of patients per day (Children, Adolescents, Young Adults and Adults) in need of a higher level of care.

Focused on Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Trauma, PTSD, Chronic Pain/Illness, and co-occurring Substance Use.

Home to 750+ mission-driven employees. Compass operates 4 world-class behavioral health facilities, with 3 in Illinois and 1 in Maryland. Compass Virtual programming meets patients wherever they are in the states of Illinois, Maryland, and Virginia.
