Position location:

La Grange, IL (outpatient setting). This role provides individual, group, and family behavioral health services within a collaborative healthcare team.

Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

• Undertake primary counselor responsibilities for designated patients.
• Conduct assessments, individual, group, and family counseling sessions for patients and/or family members.
• Provide case management, treatment planning, and discharge planning for clients; maintain client service records in accordance with rules and regulations.
• Maintain communications with all staff (e.g., admissions, therapeutic passes, discharge plans).
• Present workshops, lectures and trainings to clients, families, employees and community groups.
• Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and applicable laws.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer; serve as a role model for staff, clients, and visitors.

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Licenses: LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT required
• CADC preferred
• Experience in behavioral health treatment
• Able to conduct individual, group and family counseling sessions
• Provide case management, treatment planning, and discharge planning

• Location:
  
  Rosecrance - Northbrook (office-based) or La Grange, IL as specified
• Schedule:
  
  10 or 8-hour shifts; flexible hours with at least three evening shifts per week
• Shift: 1st and 2nd
• Work Mode:
  Onsite

• Starting pay based on education, experience, and credentials
• LCPC: $88,379.20; LCSW: $88,878.40; increases with experience
• Shift Differentials:
  Second shift +$1/hr;
  Third shift +$2/hr

  Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus; CADC certification bonus; financial incentive for hours exceeding predetermined monthly standard
