This is a full-time, on-site role for a Police Dispatcher located in Northbrook, IL. • Proficiency in Dispatching and Emergency Services operations
• Experience and understanding of Law Enforcement and Public Safety protocols
• Strong Communication skills for clear and accurate information exchange
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
• Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems is a plus
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in related fields is advantageous
