** What You'll Do
*** Serve as a strategic Partner between business units, primarily but not limited to Inside Sales, IT and Senior Management in translating business needs into scalable system solutions that improve processes and system effectiveness.
* Manage scope, risks and outcomes of initiatives to ensure projects are executed effectively and aligned with business priorities, values and long-term strategy.
* Design and deliver executive level reporting, analytics and insight to support strategic decisions for a sustainable system and operation.
* Lead and develop business analyst. Manage team priorities and ensure efforts are aligned with business goals.
* Lead discovery, requirement gathering and implementation of technical and operational initiatives.
** Qualifications
* ** Prior business analyst experience in Premium Finance, Financial Services, Insurance, or Banking is preferred.
* Advanced Computer Skills
* Working knowledge of SQL reporting

* ** The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000
