** Job Description Summary
** The Integrated Solutions Program Manager I is responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agents and/or programs.
** What You’ll Do
*** Completes requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting procedures & guidelines.
* Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.
* Coordinate with program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs.
* Develop and maintain client relationships through superior service.
* Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other Specialty program quotes/accounts as needed
* May perform miscellaneous projects for the Specialty Business management team.
** Knowledge/Skills/Background
*** Minimum of 3 years experience in financial services, bank operations, wires or similar position
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* Very organized with the ability to multi-task
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Internet
