Are you an experienced tax professional with a passion for serving high-net-worth individuals and their complex estate, trust, and gift tax needs? We’re seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to join a well-established, highly respected CPA firm known for its collaborative culture, integrity, and commitment to exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preparation, review, and filing of tax returns for high-net-worth clients, trusts, and estates (IRS Forms 1040, 1041, 706, and 709)
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, wealth advisors, estate attorneys, and internal teams
• Serve as a trusted specialist resource for in-house questions on trust, estate, and income tax matters
• Identify client needs and recommend additional services to enhance value
• Present to groups internally and externally to share your tax expertise
• Help develop and improve workflow processes and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 7-10 years of relevant experience with tax preparation and management focused on high-net-worth individuals
• Professional credentials such as CPA, EA, MST, JD, LLM, CTFA, or AEP strongly preferred
• Previous experience in trusts and estates, family offices, law firms, or midsize CPA firms
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and serve as a trusted advisor
• Hybrid work schedule with some in-office work during peak tax periods (Jan–Apr and Aug–Oct)
• Minimal travel (
