If you
17re coming from a bigger firm and you
17re exhausted by the chargeable hours, internal politics, and feeling like a number this is a firm a lot of people have made the change to.
This is a firm that regularly hires people from person firms 85 and then keeps them. Not because the work is easy but because the expectations are realistic, the people are human, and the culture actually matches what firms say they offer.

- Real time off - Managers receive 20 firm-wide days off on top of their vacation allowance.
- Access to Partners - You

17s real variety if you enjoy seeing the bigger picture.
17re looking for
- Experience in Estate, Gift & Trust tax with public accounting

17s been recruiting in finance for over 9 years, with a focus on public accounting firms across Illinois and Indiana. She
17s not a career salesperson she
17s built her reputation by actually listening to what candidates want, whether that
17s better hours, a path to partner, or simply a firm where they
17ll enjoy going to work.
Think you only have 87% of the required experience? Perfect - apply anyway. The CPA firms we partner with want diverse, interesting people, not corporate clones stamped from the same tedious mould.
